The Wichita Firefighter's Association was founded in 1929 for the sole purpose of receiving and disbursing funds for the benefit of the members of the Association and their beneficiaries. We continue that tradition today, helping local firefighters cover expenses and providing them with protection in case they are injured. The WFRA is a not-for-profit organization managed and run by a board of six firefighters selected from the membership it serves. Below you can find both our bylaws and current board of directors.
Below are explanations of benefits for both active and retired members as well as the necessary forms to claim your benefits. All forms can be submitted to the Association Office directly, through regular or interdepartmental mail.
